UC Student Travel

As a UCGPC ex oficio council members (EVPs of each campus), UCOP Student Affairs will fund travel costs to monthly UCGPC council meetings. Funding is reserved for travel only, and does not include hotels or meals. EVPs are encouraged to inquire about travel funding from their campus' graduate student association, as well.

Travel costs to UCGPC council meetings (systemwide meetings) are supported by UCOP. Travel support can be fulfilled in two ways:

Reimbursement
Advanced airfare purchase by UCOP

UC Grad Student Associations

Some UC campus' graduate student associations has some funding reserved for their EVP's travel to systemwide meetings. Consult your graduate student association's treasurer, staff advisor or office manager to learn more about travel funding.
